0 Customer support. Defective out of the box no help from company
Still has not produced 1 single quality color print yet. Called customer support and they are blaming it on my press so we purchased a brand new press and still no luck with any color designs. Tried on a friends press and same exact issue. Only white designs will work. Suggested that the ink may be defective but they claim that every press including the brand new fusion are defective. Horrible customer service stay away
