Perhaps this gelatin can be used as an adhesive for postage stamps and envelopes, but not for food.Gelatin should not have a taste and smell, just like the jelly that you can buy in stores.The description says "for cooking". But this gelatin has an unpleasant taste that spoils the taste of cooked foods. The terrible aftertaste after its consumption remains in the mouth for hours.It is obvious that the product did not pass the required rectification or spoiled raw materials were used for its manufacture.I don't consider it a "food product". As you know, gelatin is made from the parts of dead animals. If the technology is not followed and allows extraneous tastes and odors to enter the product, then it is not known what toxins and decomposition products could get into this gelatin and how dangerous it is to health.After eating this gelatin in my food, I felt bad. Everything I cook I had to throw away.The most unpleasant thing is that the return of this product is prohibited, so this purchase did not bring me anything but losses and troubles.

I use gelatin as an added collagen in my system. Protects the cartilage and bones. Great immune system booster. The large quantity is well worth the cost as it is cost prohibitive in the grocery stores. Its great for healing the gut to balancing blood sugar levels I make sugar free jello and add a tablespoon of this for the added healthiness. Plus, I love gummi bears, taste like the real thing minus the sugar.
