Directions for Use: For best results, soak the seaweed and sea salts in a bath of very hot water. The seaweed will naturally rehydrate and spring back to life! The hot water will release the plant's alginate properties; squeezing the seaweed will also help to release more gel. Add cool water to ensure a comfortable bath temperature and release the seaweed from net if desired. Take care entering and leaving the bath as the gel is very slipery. Seaweed can be dried and re-used within 3 days. After use this product also makes an excellent organic garden fertiliser
