Expensive but a good product. You need to plan carefully before starting the application otherwise you will get yourself into a bit of a mess. Where old clothes as the stuff does not come off. It has stopped my roof leaking and I am going to give it another coat when and if Spring arrives

My flat roof over the toilet/ bathroom was leaking . I went on the roof and saw a pool of water. There were few layers of felt roof and water seeped through. I removed the top felt roof and water was underneath it . Used a broom to get rid of much of the water and debris and started applying a layer of this great stuff over it . Initially I only thought of using it over the affected area, but second thought was to cover all the roof and all vertical joints ( with the house wall and the inclined roof of a conservatory which had water dripping in at the joints) . Although it was drizzling when brushed over and few hours later in rained heavily, water stopped dripping in the conservatory and no further infiltration in the toilet/ bathroom.Excellent product, highly recommended ( I only used about 1/2 of the container) and will definitely use again when I will redo my flat roof.

Good stuff. Easy to apply with brush or roller. Two coats needed to give at least 2mm thickness. Has done the job on my new porch roof without need for any specific covering over the sterling board before applying this stuff.

Great product - covered felt that was cracking and looked like it had seen better days.When it dries the product will dry like a rubber consistency. It's great at sealing cracks, and looks really durable. It's able to cover quite well on flashing, felt roof and providing a seal between the 2. See our pics!Applied just like paint but be aware that if you get it on your clothes or hands it's a bugger to remove. Best to remove it quickly with Xylene (Rustins THXY300 Xylene Thinners) as instructed on the tin. Otherwise the only way to remove it is by 'mechanical separation' which is not what I want to do with my fingers...Anyhow it does say you cannot apply on a gradient roof but applied by brush this is totally possible even able to apply it with a roller on a tray is actually very quick. Don't forget to go around the edges with a brush first. Much easier and you won't get boxed in! (Honestly didn't happen to me...)As mentioned one tin was enough to go over twice our side return roof, just in time for this lovely summer showers!Hope you find this review helpful!

Says suitable for pitched roof on tin, small print says not suitable for steeply pitched roof. Seller wouldn’t let me return it.

Tin arrived badly dented so much so that it wouldn’t stand on its base. Didn’t leak though.

I have used this product on my flat roof. I’ve used a first layer, easily spread about then added some fibreglass sheets and spread this stuff on top too. Easily done and the result is a very strong combo that has made my roof very strong and waterproof. Very happy. I’ve advised and helped my friend with his roof too with this product. He’s very happy and sleeps well at night now
