Works well for testing my car battery

Better than BT-250
Best I've found yet for the money. I'm in the reconditioned battery business, so I use this 25 to 50 times per day. Quick read and strong springs on the connectors. Replacing my Schumacher BT-250 with these. The clamps are a better design. Because the springs are heavier, it gets a better connection on corroded battery terminals. If it read the actual Internal Resistance, I would give it 5 Stars. Otherwise, it's perfect for my needs.

Easy to use
Not sure if this unit is accurate or not. I tested several batteries and the readings seem artificially low. I tested a brand new battery rated at 675 CCA and got 380. I will compare this unit to the car dealers readings and see.It should be used as a relative guide for deminishment of the battery and not an absolute.

Great for the price.
I use this professionally as a backup to my otc one and it has all the features I need in a tester. Easy to use and can't be beat for the price.

Unbelievable
Bought unit to check out my warranties Wrangler battery before warranty runs out. I have Jeep front end on a lift over hood so I tried it on my wife’s Lexus NX 300. You guessed it. Bad battery. Worth the purchase right there.
