The quality of the insole is undeniable; however, it may not fit comfortably in all shoes due to its thickness. I've used this insole continuously for three days, both morning and evening. Unfortunately, I noticed a burning sensation 🔥 inside the shoe after adding the insole. The advertised airflow 🌬️ and breathability seem to be lacking, as there's little to no air circulation, leading to discomfort.To be fair, there’s no pain 😌, but the burning sensation and heat buildup in the foot area can be disappointing 😓. I used this insole for jogging 🏃‍♂️ and boxing 🥊, and while the support is there, the discomfort takes away from the overall experience.

Very soft and well made in sole. For accute Pronation problem I have, it doesn't help.

The thickness is good in heels of the shoe is high heel but if there is little space around the bridge area of your feet the thickness of the sole will make that space tighter which is not comfortable. Although for higher number of shoes it might good but after making the adjustments to insoles the shapes are not useful. They should make different soles for different sizes
