I was soooo excited for this product. When I purchased it I waited almost a week to get it but once it arrived I was so excited that I charged it and once it charged I started cleaning. Well once I was able to get soap everywhere I put the brush down and started cleaning and then it just stopped. I tried to start it back up but no movement. Now I have to clean all this up by hand after being so excited. I am so disappointed. I was literally thinking about getting one for my mom and now I don’t want to. I’m so sad I had drink a glass of wine to clean up the soap so I wouldn’t cry at this catastrophic failure. Beyond disappointed right now…. I need another drink nowUPDATE on 12/12/23So after I posted this review I got a direct message from the seller who was more than helpful with helping me get a replacement and it was here within 48 hours which was crazy fast! Once I was finally able to use the device as it was intended I was more than happy, I blasted music all day and cleaned my home from top to bottom. I was honestly surprised with the battery life it has, it lasted the whole day on one charge for me, and I did A LOT of cleaning. They were also kind enough to send me another replacement so I can gift it to my mom, fingers crossed it gets here before Christmas. I know she will love this device because she has had both of her knees replaced so cleaning and getting on the ground isn’t very comfortable or good for her. I know she is going to love it. I was honestly so sad when this broke but due to the amazing customer service and the prompt shipping I am a very happy customer and now I would recommend this product to people. I am just thinking I got a defective device and it was just a fluke :)

The media could not be loaded. I've had scrubbers before that if you put any pressure on them the motor just stops, which is basically useless because of scrubber has no elbow grease. I'm a muscular 200 lb and I can push on this thing pretty hard to really scrub at old embedded filth. It's a workhorse. It's light, ergonomic, goes together super easy, great variety of heads and descriptions of what they are all best used for in the instructions. This makes me very happy. However, if you are really making the motor work hard, it eats battery quick. You could still get a whole shower and sink done without needing to charge in between, but after the bathroom is done, you will need to charge if you're doing any more. To me, that makes no difference. It's definitely not good for industrial use to scour an entire house before selling or something. Daily cleaning, weekly cleaning? This thing is fantastic! The bristles are fairly stiff, not wimpy, so they do a good job. This is so much less work than using a handheld scrub brush! Also, I really can't stand kneeling on a hard surface to work, not to mention some showers are pretty small and trying to scrub and enclosed spaces is annoying as Hell. I wanted to take only 1\2 star away for the battery, and have nothing negative else to say about it. Out of the box It doesn't last all that long even fully charged, but once you charge it, it's two-three times longer. To me that battery doesn't mean anything because I'm not trying to scrub down stuff for 3 hours straight. If you are, you better begin paid for it, otherwise I think you're weird. LoL

This is by far one of the best products I have ever owned. What made me purchase it? Let’s just say my curiosity got the best of me, the price was perfect and it was going to be delivered just in time for a project I had coming up. So I clean apartments for a living and one of my clients happens to receive one of these spin brushes in the mail. At first I was a bit nervous because I thought I was being replaced and then I turned skeptic because I’m an old school kind of guy. I don’t mind getting my hands dirty. But one day I’m at home and I hop on Amazon and first thing I see are ads for these spin brushes so I looked and looked and trust me there are many varieties. So I had to ask myself if I was to own one it was have to be flexible, simple, light weight and be able to put away without requiring a large storage area. That’s when I came across the Leebein Electric Spin brush. It had everything I wanted and needed and as I mentioned earlier the price couldn’t have been sweeter. I use this spin brush to clean my floors, bathroom tub and walls, clean my rugs, kitchen sink. You name it. It even cleans messy dirty off my walls from some of my thoughtless friends. All I can say is own one. You’ll never be happier with a home cleaning assistant. My only wish is to have more choices and variety for attachments. And if there are please steer me in that direction. I'm super happy with this scrubber. It's plenty powerful enough for me to scrub my kitchen and bathroom, top to bottom. Almost every brush/attachment fulfills a specific need for me.The cone shape brush is great for scrubbing the grout in my kitchen floors using just mild dish soap and no chemicals. And I especially like using the soft cloth and wool-like heads to buff and polish my wooden cutting boards with wax - kind of a hobby.The battery has never run out before I finish a task, but I always keep it charged. The button on the long handle is pretty nifty too. The whole set up feels quality and I would definitely recommend this thing!I ended up needing some support from the company (no issues withe product) and they were quick to respond and were super helpful. Not just a good product put a good company to deal with. I'm going to be picking one up for my mom as well. Thanks for the great experience, you have a loyal customer.
