I have been using this product for many years. It is easy to put into the nose and because it widens the nostrils I breathe much better and sleep much better.

Having read other reviews, I took the British Snoring survey first before buying. This came out that I should be a candidate for the Nozovent. Admittedly, I felt that not all the questions were 100% relevant to me, but I went with it anyway. Upon arrival, I eagerly opened the package and put one of the two included clips in place. I have to say, I could instantly feel better breathing through my nose (which I broke many years ago and left me with a misaligned septum).Unfortunately, after using the Nozovent for several nights I have to report that my snoring has continued. I re-took the survey and amended my response to a couple of the more vague questions and I now come out as needing a mouthguard. I’ll get one of those and see how that fares. Hopefully it's a case of second time lucky.

Many years ago I tried to panel-beat a Ford XR3 door with my nose... clearly this did not work very well, also it impacted on my ability to breathe through my nose. A surgeon was able to straighten my nose, but I found the sides of my nose tended to close up if I slept on my side. This little device fits into the nose and holds it open while I sleep - it retrospect I could have taken a size smaller, but did not see an option to change size when buying, however it still does the job - I just need to be careful when inserting it.

Ive tried a lot of snoring aids in the oast and this seems to do the trick. It massively opens up the amount of air that i can breathe through my nose and manages to stay in most of the time. Obviously its effecyiveness depends on why you snore but the product is great.

I ordered these for my husband as his snoring has got louder recently and I wasnstruggling to sleep. The first night he used it there was silence. He has snored on some nights but this is when he breathes through his mouth but I can deal with that. I would recommend these most definitely.

This product is available in small and large, but the seller doesn't specify what size they are selling. The product also can't be returned. What a waste of money.

My previous favorite was the silicone tubes. However, the tubes take up some room in the nose, constricting airflow a bit. These push the outside of the nose out without also pushing on the tender septum or constricting airflow. They come as a 2-pack; I used the first one nightly for about 6 months before it started having trouble staying in my nose. We'll see if the 2nd one has a similar lifespan. $12 a year for breathing freedom is a great deal.

I found the Nozovent to be useless for sleeping.It is essentially a plastic spring that you put under tension and stick up your nose.The tension presses against the inside of your nostrils to hold open your nose.This works ok while standing still, but if you toss or turn at all in your sleep, this spring will fly right out of your nose.Unless you sleep like a rock, it will pop out.That was my experience anyway.I could only see this being useful for resting if you have trouble keeping your nose open.Note that the lady on the box is not actually even wearing a nozovent.p.s.I also purchased a "silent sleep" from Amazon, (not a spring), and it at least stays put better.I'm uploading a photo showing the "silent sleep" adult and the nozovent side-by-side.

These work well but stick WAY out of the nose. The female engineer says NO way. The male engineer uses them every night.This product works by exerting outward force on the nostrils. When brand new they are uncomfortable due to too much force. Over time the force decreases until the force is so little that they simply fall out at night. In between, the "sweet spot", they are effective and comfortable. The female engineer says that it mostly stops my snoring. We have already repurchased more. These are convenient for travel and clean reasonably easily.

Simple design, works like magic.
