All you need is an aeroSling® Alu Handle M or an aeroSling® GRP Handle M that can be mounted in a special loop strap of the anchor sling. A corresponding instruction is included with each aeroSling® sling trainer. However, the door anchor presented here is slightly more flexible in that its buckle enables an easy height adjustment. It also takes up less space between the door and its frame and can, therefore, be used even in tight fitting doors.
