As with all these type of things you will need to make up your own mind about the ingredients and whether they are right for you. But they do appear to be full of good stuff and they are vegan friendly as well. The only real downside is the amount of sugar.There's certainly a distinct smell when you open the packet. Not that it is unpleasant or anything but there is a sourness, almost vinegar like, to them that carries over into the taste. Again it's palatable to me so no issues there but worth noting. It's not what I would call a faithful raspberry flavour!They are easy to chew and swallow and are good value for a months supply.

These gummies are vegan-friendly and are packed with some great ingredients. I take alot of vitamins but prefer gummies I didn't have any like these so I wanted to give them a try.I have very bad knees and I'm hoping this can help with the pain as this is suppose to help bones and muscles.The taste is okay it's not the best ones I have tried flavour wise, but pretty nice. They have sugar on them like a sweet so it does encourage you to want to take it.So far I like it will have to wait and see if I can tell any difference in myself yet.
