LED Outdoor Wall Lantern Outside Light Security Black 6 Sided Exterior Lamp

I purchased this wall lantern based on the existing reviews. It was reasonably priced and looked fairly well made. The instructions were simple to follow and all the fittings were included, even a light bulb! And although the quality of the materials aren’t great, this lantern will definitely do what it’s designed to do. I’m very happy.

Not the sturdiest of lamps but fit enough for purpose. Wall mounting relies on plastic back plate that can’t cope with an uneven surface such as stone walling (flexes and fails to provide secure mount for lamp) but for price no surprise. Lamp itself is weatherproof, supplied bulb usefully bright and paintwork thick. Recommend liberally greasing (use vaseline if you have nothing else) all threads and bolt heads/nuts as they will corrode in aluminium surround and shear off when you try to change the bulb - which is why I bought this replacement.

Easy to install, the fitting itself is robust and strong, looks great on the wall, highly recommend this light.

Lightbulb was not right bulb for the lantern it's a screw on bulb not 2. pin one as described in photo

Simple style and ease of use made lights a good buy.

Does what it bought for, cheap and cheerful outside light.. bit fiddley to fit thou even thou we were able to use same holes from previous light.. make sure to read instructions first!!!! as screws need to go through from back to front BEFORE mounting wall (which unfortunately we only realised after had fitted to wall first🤦🏼‍♀️)

they are a good price and i use to replace old ones after 25 years at the back of the house so a good buy
