No adjustments but if you are careful with placement it works really well. The adjustable ones that I've had in the past always snap off with heavy winds. This one is simple, sturdy and easy to install. I did use different screws as I was attaching it directly to wood and the included hardware was not great quality.

If you just want a simple flag holder buy this! Looks like older models without all the fancy add ons. Easy to mount!

I purchased this model as a replacement for a bird feeder pole that racoons snapped off. This appears to be sturdy for most uses, similar to the one that snapped off previously. If used for a flag rather than a bird feeder, it will be just fine. The hole configuration was perfect for me to use to re-mount the feeder pole. I sprayed the bracket brown to match my deck fixtures. The 1 inch diameter was sufficient to hold my 3/4 inch copper pole (most 3/4 inch feeders don't work). I could tighten the copper pole with the included set screw. My only complaint is that it doesn't come with wood screws for mounting, which meant a trip to the home improvement store to find ones that fit. It was actually a bit of a challenge to find the correct diameter screw of sufficient length to hold the bracket securely.

The "Annin Flagmakers Aluminum Bracket Flagpole, 1-Inch" so far has lived up to my expectation of it. I live in an area where the wind averages about 15 MPH. Thus far, the flagpole bracket has yet to be broken in half. However, I do expect it at higher wind velocity beyond 15 MPH for the flag bracket to break when a pole with a flag attached is inserted in the flag bracket.

For some reason both sides of the mounting screw holes are countersunk. - I understand countersinks on front side for appearance etc., but on the back side it needlessly reduces thickness of mounting surface + overall strength (and future durability) of install.

I liked everything and disliked nothing.
