This ensures critical moments are captured and securely saved in a separate folder, protecting the footage from accidental deletion.Additionally, the G-sensor is highly responsive and works seamlessly with the parking mode. This camera has amazing video quality - day and night. I can read license plate numbers, at night, clearly, even through the glare of oncoming headlights. Installation was quick, using a clear stick-on plate that disappears on the windshield. The mount is adjustable up and down depending on your windshield angle. (see photos) There is a cute animated bear character that greets you for a few seconds while the camera is powering up and waves goodbye when shutting down. When powered through the hardwire cable, the camera can detect someone walking by your vehicle. If they get too close, the AI will start recording and follow them until they walk away. I have not tested the accident recording features (thankfully) but if I ever get into a wreck, I will update this review. As an added bonus, you can say "take selfie" and the camera will turn to face the inside of the vehicle and snap a photo of everyone!Overall I really enjoy this camera and the unique features it has.

For dash camera quality, this 70mai 360 takes the cake. It’s high quality bitrate footage (a high bitrate is important for clarity). Though even when the camera does a great job, the extra features are just ‘okay’.The 360 swivel is only okay, it’s handy if you ever need to shoot to the left or right of your car though the voice activation is where this camera starts to loose its shine.The commands to “shoot left/right” etc are very very sensitive so every time your CarPlay navigation voice says “turn left/right” or playing music the 360 dash camera will turn following the unwanted commands.This 360 featured is majorly missing a voice activation command like “hey siri” so there isn’t any false activations.There are times where the camera will have a false command and I worry it’ll miss an incident which questions the whole point of a Dashcam. You can turn this off.The company 70mai really need to address this. A simple “Hey Dash” or “Hey (insert company mascot name here)” would greatly improve the product.Other features:- Motion detection works a treat. Very comforting to capture activity when car is parked.- Time-lapse during parking is very handy if you’re worried about missing an incident.- Connecting the phone to the camera is fine, at times it can fail (about only 5% of the time) but just force close the 70mai app and it’ll connect correctly.- Only wireless downloading footage from dash to phone can take some time though I’d rather wait for the original file compared to other dash cameras compressing the hell out of the file.There are privacy concerns as the app requires “Network activity” permissions which I think shouldn’t be needed as it connects via its broadcast wifi/bluetooth. I toggle this permission off on my iPhone after each connection for privacy.I also turn off Location Services and the ability for the app to connect to Cellular as I don’t want any risk of the app reporting back to any china servers (can’t confirm if it does but for good measure). The latitude and longitude / speed limit baked into the footage will still work. Note you can’t turn either the speed limit or location off in camera - it’s either both on or off.TL;DR:Incredible camera quality! Overall reliable and lots of customisable features. Major selling point of a 360 swivel works okay. Happy with the purchase for the last 6months. Privacy concerns, easily turn off permissions.

I have been use this brand for long time, their products is amazing, great quality and excellent customer support. Camera always record in super clear footage when I need it.

I really love the look of this cam, the 360 degree, & how it is suppose have voice recognition & record even when car is off..Sadly, mine didn't do any of this. Defective?!Idk, at 1st, customer service wouldn't answer during their open hours. Then, at some point, they would pick up phone just to hang it up fast, it happened 3x in a row at one point.I have sent emails & no response. Initially, i even tried to register it & that was a fail also, on their part.O wait here is the real, worse part: i returned this to amazon just as i received it, they confirmed they see that its in the return process, YET, i still have not received my full refund & its goin on 3 weeks now.

Makes a nice sound to let you know it's turned on, Has a nice upscale look to it, which has garnered many compliments(not that I care-said with chin high and chest puffed out.). I love the way you can tell it to shoot left, shoot rear, or shoot right and the cam will rotate and record on your verbal command. On board memory doesn't allow for added capacity, but it overwrites and it has an emergency save feature, and a verbal commend of shoot emergency and start that. It also takes a photos every time you have a sharp movement like a pothole, or presumably an impact. To me it's most definitely worth the slight extra cost.
