Speaking for myself (and with permission) my wife this product works as described. Product is sturdy and dependable. Supports my wife going in and out of the tub as shown in their video.

This product worked fir a while. It was not used over the summer months. When I tried using it again after the summer the compressor appeared charged but would not lift the bath cushion. I tried reaching out to Vitality Medical who makes the product and I get no response. $700 wasted!

They honestly shouldn’t be selling products that DO NOT WORK! Especially Expensive products!!!!! Someone needs to sue the pants off you ! And I NEED MY MONEY BACKAnd No I’m Not gonna ship back the defective product just so you can resell it as defective for a higher price!Hope you get sued ! My mother needed this !

I was really hoping that I would get one that worked, but alas, I didn't. The compressor wouldn't hold a charge. I read and reread the manual, but after charging all night it lost the charge as soon as I disconnected it. Tried twice. Very disappointing. When I went to return it I received the "Not eligible for refund" message. When purchasing items from Amazon I never thought to check the return policy, but it was there on the page that this was a non refundable item. Luckily, a kind Amazon manger refunded my money and arranged for the item to be picked up at my house. Yea, Amazon!

We are 83 yrs old and have used product about 2yrs, well over 100 times. wife unable to bathe in tub with assists , and shower phobia. Chairs do not get low enough to obtain a good whole body soak. This soft inflatable product works flawlessly and collapses completely flat and with complete safety controls. My wife uses it without help or fear. Buying another chair to store for fear the product might not be available if this one stops working.

I’ve had mine of 6 years. Replaced the battery a year and a half ago for $99. Now having problems with it charging but seems to be the charging cord where it goes into the compressor. Can’t seem to find a new cord to purchase. My only issue is availability of parts.

Before spending that much money, I had lots of questions so I went to the company websites - both the manufacturer in the UK and the US distributor of the Mangor Bathing Cushion. I ended up buying mine directly from the distributor instead of Amazon so that’s why I may not show up as a verified buyer. That said, I have to say that I absolutely love mine. I am 70 and have both osteo and rheumatoid arthritis. Fully reclining in a very warm tub helps ease my chronic pain and relieve stress which a shower just doesn’t do for me. I had been taking showers after multiple falls and overall difficulty getting in & out of the bathtub. I looked at lots of walk-in tubs but was unhappy with not being able to fully recline in most of them plus the expense of the walk-ins plus installation. My Mangar Bathing Cushion allows me to get in, recline in my tub, and get out without killing myself. The only cons I’ve found so far is that going up and down is kind of slow, (but is probably safer anyway) and the Air Flow 2 compressor is loud but still much quieter than our big compressor used by my husband for pneumatic tools. I am very pleased with it and recommend it!

Thought it would work for our tub, but suction cups would not hold.
