Life changing after buying the orange glasses. If you’re in doubt just try it if you have trouble falling asleep every night and then don’t feel refreshed when you wake up. As long as I can remember it took me 30 minutes to two hours to fall asleep and couldn’t fall asleep until about 2am, tough when you have to be at work at 9am. I decided to give these glasses a chance as I was desperate. I was advised to wear them the moment the sun set and only take them off when going to bed. Something amazing happened, I started to feel sleepy around 10pm which never happens. At 11pm, I would lay down and fall asleep within minutes! I had no idea blue light was such an issue for me, apparently it depletes us of our melatonin and messes with our circadian rhythm. It’s about 3 weeks later and I’m still falling asleep quickly. I like to read on my kindle app in my iPad at night and I still have no issues as long as I wear these glasses. To help myself I also bought a red bulb for area where I read at night and I bought a blue blocking screen protector and set iPad to change color after sunset. However, I started to improve my sleep after I wore these glasses. What’s crazy is that I almost returned them but when I was putting them in its little duster the glasses fell on the floor and I didn’t think it was right to return them in case someone bought them and there were mini cracks in them. So glad they fell!! Thankful for an answered prayer. The other thing that helps me is keeping my bedroom cool and having light blankets. Also, I do not need to take melatonin or other sleeping pills, which was unheard of before these glasses. I take brahmi at night, right before I go to bed but I don’t believe that contributes to my sleep issue being resolved.

The glasses work as intended, I had for almost 2 years but the frame finally broke. For the price, it is well worth it!

This review is for the OKANY blue light blocking glasses.At less than $20, I thought the OKANY would be like those cheap drugstore reading glasses. Instead, I was pleasantly surprised at its quality and its durability (feels and looks solidly built).I have a low-bridge nose so I needed glasses with a certain nose pad bridge. These fit comfortably without slipping off my nose.The look of these glasses are nerdy. That’s the only negative that I have with them.I had cataract eye surgery about a two years ago. I have dry eyes so whenever I’m outdoors, I need to wear sunglasses for comfort, less eye strain, and better vision clarity. I purchased the OKANY for computer work and watching TV. The amber lens color does make the computer and TV screen darker and not true to color, but it does ease the eye strain.In addition to using them for the compute and TV, I found the OKANY to be excellent DRIVING GLASSES in overcast, cloudy weather. during daylight. The OKANY seems to make everything brighter and clearer. They aren’t suitable for nighttime driving.If i lost or broke the OKANY, I’d buy it again. In fact, I might buy another one to keep in my car.

They’re supposed to be for computers, but they’re they’re too dark

I've tested probably five or six different nighttime blue light glasses and returned all of them. I knew from the minute I saw the box that these ones were going to be different, maybe because the company is out of the UK and has better standards of quality possibly? The glasses felt right as soon as I tried them on, the lenses are great! I'm super happy with them. It's kind of like when you try on shoes and the one that feels perfect right away are the ones are going to end up being happy with. Thank goodness there's still some quality companies producing quality products at a reasonable price out there these days.
