I wanted to find a more durable stable than the cardboard one that came with my Hallmark Itty Bitty Nativity Set. After a LOT of research, I chose this one based on the size, price, and appearance. I love the way it looks with the Itty Bittys, and I was surprised how heavy and sturdy the pieces were. I even love the way the figures that came with the set look with the Itty Bittys. This was labeled as a set for children, but I would recommend it for display only. I’m not sure how durable the set would be if any pieces were accidentally dropped. The figures are also small and should be kept out of reach of young children.

It's rare that I write a review, but I had to for this - an attractive and durable product at a great price. My grandchild loved rearranging the pieces, and it looks great on the sideboard. Nice size too - bigger than I thought it would be. Highly recommended.

This is a sweet Nativity. Warning: it IS fragile.

Although this is cute, can easily be broken. Would have returned it but didn't open it right away and now its too late.

The Elf brought this to my boys to be a reminder of the real reason for the season and they loved it!! All the pieces can be rearranged in which ever way they like and has held up well with young kids playing with it gently. So very cute too and just right size in my opinion not too big and not too small!

Ok. This set LOOKS good and as pictured. However, my daughter dropped the manger (shes a TINY, not even on the charts 2 year old so it didnt fall far) and it broke. Not durable at all and not suitable for kids to play with as advertised. Disappointed

This is a cute children's nativity set; HOWEVER be aware that there are some very small, CHOKABLE figurines...which was so disappointing to discover. While the main figures of Joseph, Mary, the shepherds and kings were fine....about two inches in height, the animals (and baby Jesus in the 'hay') are super small, not in proportion to the main figures, and the perfect size to get lodged in a little one's throat. I bought this specifically for a 1 -1/2 and 2 year old so they could learn about Jesus. How disappointed am I that I had to remove several figures, including baby Jesus in the hay, from the set. Also, who makes a donkey that is the same size as a lamb and is the size of a small dog when compared to the Joseph and Mary figurines? Confusing for any little one in terms of learning proportion.

Bought it for my nephew and not only is it super cute but also durable. Other nativity scenes have more delicate pieces where it's easy to break off a hand or other parts and these have cute, stubby accessories.
