Just the right size for home repairs and maintenance. On the heavy side, but sturdy and stable and I’m able to fold it easily and can carry it around the house. The rails make you feel safe and secure. Happy to have it.

I rarely write reviews but this one had to be done. This is everything I wanted in a step ladder. It takes a little "muscling" to put the handrails on, but it's worth it. I feel so safe using it!! It's easily portable, incredibly sturdy and not too heavy.

This ladder is stable and sturdy. Way better than a basic step ladder because it has wider steps, handrails, and a tray for your tools or whatever items you need. No regrets on this purchase!

Overall, a nice ladder. I weigh 225 lbs, and though this is rated for heavier, I wouldn't think it would hold up to much pays my own weight. The steps (plastic) do tend to bend down more than expected under weight. Assembly was easy, and it has a nice design. The handles are a nice feature. I use this to help adjust lights in a TV studio, and it's good for that, but with the handles, I would think for older parents or grandparents, this would be a great ladder for around the house (especially with the handles).. assuming these folks are under 200 lbs.

Love this ladder. I love the handles that give a little extra security when going up and coming down. Like the platform that holds cleaners, and things that I’m putting on a shelf. It is light to medium weight. Easy to unfold and fold back up. I store mine in the garage. Excellent quality

My husband is 80 and I'm not far behind. The 'kids' didn't want us climbing a step ladder, but we have things to do around the house and are not patient enough to wait for them to visit. This ladder, with safety handles on both sides and the top is the perfect solution. It is sturdy and the locking feature gives a sense of security that it will stay open. Also, it's not too heavy to carry. It is affordable compared to standard step ladders in our local stores, an excellent value. Our 'kids' have approved it for us to use.

HOLY CRAP it's almost too heavy for me to lift, but my fiance LOVES IT! I got it because it had the safety rails (for me) and was taller than other step stools. It's very well made and good price point. The extra height makes getting to the 8' ceiling easier. I would've ordered the 4 step, if it had rails and it would've been lighter. But fiance is pleased as punch so it stays ;-)

Super très pratique

Very sturdy, easy to set up, light weight and east to move around. Perfect for painting interior rooms. I haven't used it externally yet. It's easy to take down for storage when painting is done. Was bigger then I expected but no complaints! I can easily reach ceilings for taping/painting. Holds a gallon paint can and/or a paint tray nice and stable while you work.
