good pillow but firm
Sick Pillow for me. I bought 2. one under my knees and one if I roll over cuz Im a side sleeper. They are firm though so if you don't like that might not like these

Not cooling
I’ve had this pillow for about 6 months now and got it as a replacement for my pricey tempurpedic. The quality is great. It’s thicker which I love and has held up. It’s comfortable and comparable to the tempurpedic. The reason for 3 stars is because it is not cooling at all - in fact, it becomes quite warm and I am constantly having to move. I was hoping for a cooling pillow but this missed the mark.

Great for when I'm watching tv in bed. I use a pillow less firm for when I'm actually sleeping.

Pain relief
Pillow is great, I definitely get better sleep.It is really comfortable, not too firm, but also not too soft.My headaches are not at a 10 like they were before so this is a great sign.
