I had been looking for this backpack and never saw such a good deal(20% off) . I was skeptical from previous comment that this seller sends used one. That is incorrect. I got one that came directly from manufacturer -> seller-> me without opening the box. Even in Tumi store i see same packaging. Also it was delivered in 2 days, so not a long wait. As far as the bag is concerned, it is expensive but it is worth if you travel a lot. It has lot of pockets and is expandable too. It has strong build and looks great. Hope TUMI adds a TSA lock as things can get stolen from backpacks. Also I think (from previous comment) the laptop sleeve being partial zip opening is a good thing as it helps the laptop not falling, or the zip opening while carrying, that I have issue with current one different brand I am using.

Absolutely love this backpack!!! My parking is about a 10 minute walk from the office. Holds a lot and is very comfortable. Love the pockets and the durability. The padding of the back and straps are great. The straps stay in place and when my bag is full the weight is distributed evenly so it doesn’t even feel heavy. Highly recommend. I have bought other Tumi products before and they are very durable and hold up well. I still own bags that are going on 20 years young. They still look almost new!!

I love, love, love this backpack. I have been shopping for years to find one that had all the right pockets and didn’t sacrifice quality. Add to it that the weight distribution on your back once the pack is full is excellent. The price was hard to justify, but as my husband pointed out, my last backpack was 10+ years old and still in decent shape with regular use, so it really is an investment piece. The only “con” (for me) is that it is very masculine. Honestly, why do backpacks require sacrificing utility for any kind of personality? If you’re into a masculine tech look- don’t hesitate, buy this one now. I felt it was a bit too generic looking so I bought some colorful zipper pulls that matched my other accessories and put them on the bag. Makes it easy to identify and, on a dark airplane, it also makes it easier to see which section I want to open.

The quality is fantastic.

Let’s be honest it isn’t cheap, but the quality is top notch, my wife gave me another tumi back pack but in the end she has been the one using it, so after 10 years and many trips it still looks great, so I decided it was time for me to get my own. I’m looking forward to many trips with it.
