proper chef-grade pans that don’t cost a kidney
upgraded from the ikea tat that warped after one sunday roast and these Made In 5-ply beauties are night and day. 8" is perfect for a couple eggs in the morning, 10" handles stir-fry for four, and the 12" takes a full spatchcock chicken without crowding. heats dead even on my induction hob – no hot spots, no sticking even with minimal oil. seared ribeye with a crust gordon ramsay would nod at, then deglazed with wine and it wiped clean with a sponge. handles stay cool, rivets are flush so gunk doesn’t build up, and the rolled lip pours like a dream. chucked the 10" in the oven at 220 °C for shakshuka – no drama. £280 for three lifetime pans? bargain. already ditched the non-stick rubbish. if you cook proper, treat yourself.

What’s not to love about these!
There is one thing I have to mention first. Before leaving a review do a bit of research on how to correctly use stainless steel cookware. I absolutely love the build, quality and performance of the set. Tried it on a lot of dishes..absolutely flawless! I never used stainless steel frying pans before but this convinced me to throw all of the non stick rubbish out!!!

Pan warped on first use
The large pan warped on first use. As per the instructions I heated it slowly but it still warped. Given the fact they are warning you to heat them slowly in the instructions indicates that they are poor quality and are looking to lay the blame elsewhere for this.

I have enjoyed cooking for 50 years, but never as much as I do now. These pans are the best I have ever used, and I've used every type of frying pan that exists. Skip the fancy 'Lifetime' coatings, skip the slick marketing hype by companies and influencers. These pans WILL last and last. Heat transfer is FAST and EVEN. My burners are several notches lower to get the same browning! Clean up? SUPER EASY! Even with some black, burned on remnants of meat proteins and garlic (it was a mistake LOL - my burner was too high - learn from my mistake!) all I did was put some hot tap water and a squirt of dishsoap in the pan, let it sit for an hour, and it all came off with a SPONGE! No scrubbing needed. I've finally found nirvana in a fry pan! Cheers!

I originally gave this review 3 stars because of the concern I noted below. I had not seen "Made In ITA" on any Made In pan I'd seen reviewed. After receiving my sauté and saucier pans directly from Made In, and seeing the one fully marked Made In ITALY, I thought for certain I'd possibly received knock off pans. Not the case! I reached out to Made In through their customer service email, and via DM on Instagram. I received responses from both, assuring the pans are authentic. They explained that Made In ITA is the newest pan stamps, changed to match Made In USA. They also assured the tiny stamped numbers underneath the pan size is an authentic stamp for the batch the pans were made in. So, if you receive your Made In pans, and ITALY is now ITA, and you see a series of tiny numbers as well, you indeed have authentic Made In pans. I hope this saves someone the panic I went through! LOL Original Post: I ordered and have received this set of frying pans from Amazon. They are beautiful. I also ordered sauté and saucier Made In pans directly from Made In. Every YouTube review of Made In shows the stamp of Made In Italy (or Made In USA). Italy is fully spelled out. On the bottom of these 3 pans, the stamp says Made In ITA. Not Made In Italy. In this case, I'm not so sure if this is a distinction without a difference. I can't imagine, and have seen no information where Made In has different origin stamps on the bottom of their cookware based on where it is purchased. I have e-mailed Made In directly to ask this question. I am hoping for an answer soon. If they verify the ITA stamp is authentic Made In, I will update this review and star rating.

All 3 pans are amazing. I switched from all-clad non stick to these and am very happy. The weight is easy to handle and the angle and length of the handle is perfect. All three are suitable for various everyday, quick egg fry on the 8 inch, curry for 2 on the 10 inch, and single pan dinner for 4 on the 12 inch.

I bought these for my husband, he loves them, however he found after a few uses the started sticking and this was after following all the steps that was suggested (allowing the skillet to heat up first). To him not serious enough to return, but to me I would, I spent to money not to get everything that it promised.

What else can I say. It's a professional cookware set, that has made me an exceptional chef.... Wait, that's not right. Ego is apparently included so beware. Honestly all kidding aside Made In doesn't make a bad product.
