Initially very happy with this tap however after it had been installed for 2 months the copper end of the pot filler has become very loose and keeps coming off. The tap comes with a warranty card and I contacted the email address on there but received no reply. Amazon were no help either. I'm now stuck with a broken tap and no recourse to get it fixed. 8 months on from install it's now also leaking from the main on/off handle. The 5 year guarantee is a complete joke but it's still advertised as an 'Amazon choice' product. Despite trying I've had no contact from the seller or Amazon. DO NOT BUY

We didn’t install the tap straight away so out of time to return. It drips from the on off component, which isn’t fixable - I contacted the seller within a couple of months of purchase but they refused to assist, stating the time for return had expired. i have had four plumbers look at the tap and each one has confirmed it is faulty. DO NOT BUY this product

I just bought this to install in our kitchen a week ago. When I opened the box and picked it up it was very solid, it’s a very high quality faucet. I love the separate tap + sprayer handle feature. What’s cool is that you can leave the main hot/cold handle on always because the faucet tap + sprayer handle both have their own on/off valves. This faucet was very easy to install! Just a heads up: The hoses were a little short for our sink, so we had to buy some extender hoses at Home Depot to connect them to the hot/cold lines underneath, you might have to do the same thing depending on where your sink pipes were installed. We have LOVED this new faucet, it’s gorgeous and well worth the money for the quality. I would highly recommend it to anyone wanting to buy it!

I could not be happier. It’s a heavy tap, it doesn’t feel like some flimsy/cheap thing. The sprayer wand is metal so it heats up with hot water but if the water is too hot to touch you’ll probably be wearing rubber washing gloves so I don’t see that being a problem. For installation they give you a metal washer that is pretty flimsy. I ended up using the old one I had from my prior tap so the base wouldn’t wobble. Otherwise it was a simple installation. The only complaint I have is that the handle goes back quite far when on full/cold so I had to install the base at a slight angle to avoid it knocking the backsplash. From what I could tell this can’t be adjusted. Aesthetically I’m not bothered by this but ideally it should be installed in line with the sink. I saw lots of comments concerned with how the spray nozzle only works when you hold it but if you’ve worked in a commercial kitchen every dish pit sink has the same set up. I purchased a “used-like new” item so I was a bit worried but the hot/cold hoses were still in a sealed package so I was very happy I risked it for that discount.

Absolutely love this faucet! I was hesitant to purchase this after reading a few reviews. As always after deciding to purchase anyway I’m completely baffled at why people would say anything negative about this faucet. It’s beautiful, it’s powerful, and it’s practical. One reviewer stated you cannot wash dishes with this because the spray requires you hold the nozzle down the whole time and leaves you with only one hand. While it is true that the spray nozzle does not have buttons and you do indeed have to squeeze it to operate it, it’s just that, it’s a sprayer. There is a “pot filler” spout as well. The pot filler stays on continuously as long as you have it turned on. It has its own on-off valve. If your washing dishes and not simply rinsing them you just use the pot filler. It has just as much water pressure as the sprayer. I absolutely love the design and functionality of this faucet. On a side note I did have to order a separate deck plate cover since my sink has the three holes and this just has one. I read this in another review and ordered them at the same time. My husband did have to run to HD to get the correct connectors which did not come with the faucet. He had a mildly difficult time with installing the faucet and getting it tight enough to not spin. I’m not sure if that is the faucets fault or possibly he didn’t have the correct wrench. It took several hours for him to install when it should have been a quick process.
