I have researched well in the many shops regarding bicycles and their new features.This bike fulfilled all my expectations.Cradiac provides support over video call which is good.1. Comfort - Bicycle is comfortable for India road conditions.2. Features - This bicycle has very good features which includes- Alluminium alloy body which keeps total bicycle weight around 14 kg. Frame is sturdy and inside cabling inhance the bike's look.- Rear Shimano Acera gear system is super smooth- Front Shimano Altus gear system is better than Shimano tourney (I heard that some bicycles gets Shimano tourney, which company needs to improve.)- Prowheel crankset works well.- Both wheels gets disk brakes and detachable wheels3. Budget Friendly - My budget was around 30k but when I am getting the better features in 17k then I go ahead for this deal.4. Assembling - Bicycle comes with 95% assembled state. And it takes only 20 minutes to get ready for ride. Also, company provides tools and all necessary accessories.Cons -1. Need to fine-tune gears from the local mechanic.2. Delivery gets little bit delayed.3. Online support might take some longer time to get things done.

I purchased the bike online, and was pleasantly surprised to find that it was delivered in first week of May, 95% assembled, so making it ‘fit for use’ was a breeze, no specialist intervention needed. Put it to test very next day, rode approx 15-20 kms. Extremely smooth and comfortable to ride, gear changing was well synchronised. Thereafter I have made 3-4 trips more, around 20 kms each. Liked all features; suspension with 80mm travel, alloy built making it light , very good fit and finish - no rattling or unwanted sounds while riding. In fact it compares very well with much higher priced bikes, feature for feature. Although I need to use it for sometime more to know about its sturdiness and service support.

This is my first geared bicycle so for me it is an upgrade in all forms. Running good, have done 20-30km in first few days itself.Will do a long term review after use of few months as well. Color and paint looks goodCons: Paint quality is something I am not very sure about, while unboxing my blade touch on the frame which scratched the paint and now it's permanent.Saddle is something you will be having discomfort with for rides above 20kmsAll n all I'm satisfied so far, performance and quality in longer run will be the actual test of it. Will edit my review is some problem arises.

The cycle is a very competitive offering to cycles offered by other brands at the same or much higher price ranges.About the cycle itself -The cycle comes fully assembled. You would only need to attach the handle bar and pedals which should take 10 mins if you are proficient with basic tools and fitting.The built quality is nice. The components used are also high quality.This must be the only cycle offering Acera and Altus Shimano derailleurs which is great!I also had to reach out to the support team (Ms Jyoti) for queries and they were nice enough to oblige!I highly recommend the brand and cycle!

Shimano Acera, Zoom suspension, Shimano Altus in such a low budget is bone.While the after-sales service is exceptional, with a responsive support team ready to assist, I must note that the provided accessories are somewhat below average. Rather than focusing on quantity, Cradiac should prioritize improving the quality of the accessories. This shift would undoubtedly enhance the overall user experience and align with the premium nature of the cycle.In conclusion, if you're seeking a premium cycling experience on a budget without compromising on quality or after-sales service, the Cradiac Cycle remains a strong choice. Its advanced features and solid build make it stand out, and with a potential upgrade in accessory quality, it could truly excel in providing a well-rounded fitness solution.

Everything is good and worth buying.During the shifting of gears, it is making noise. The seat is hard you can not ride more than 15 km.As earlier you know manufacturer provides two internal boxes within the package one for the paddle and another for basic accessories like- a key, bottle stand reflector, etc.. But now they have discontinued the accessories box.The overall cycle is good it needs to work on gears.

A perfect cycle at this price point. Received the cycle before the committed delivery date. I was able to assemble the cycle within 30mins. Took the cycle for 3-4 km for 2-3 days, and after that rode for 75km and realized some issues (i) the handlebar was keep getting loose after tightening the screw also it was loose, and (ii) some noise from the right padel. Contacted Amazon and they have processed the replacement as they couldn’t find the service in our area. After that received a call from Cradiac and they arranged for the service guy to fix the issue. The next day service guy came and fixed all the issues.After-sale support was good, and they kept following up until all the issues were fixed.Now coming to the cycle, it is giving a fantastic ride, especially in a hill climb. Earlier I was using low gear to climb but now I can climb in high gear as well. I love the sound of bearing.
