When it works it's great, but it's annoying to make it work:1. Ensuring the PD plug is not connected, plug everything else that you'll use (HDMI, USB, LAN).2. Dock the deck - this should now work3. Sometimes charger doesn't always work but it's really good quality. It may seem expensive but it will last you ages. It's fantastic

I was ahead of game many years ago when I was trying to convert my phone to a desktop as per need. Later Samsung introduced Dex with dedicated cable but was limited. This device is a breeze. I powered it up with my USB C charger, connected my monitor with hdmi, isthen connected my Bluetooth mouse and keyboard with my Samsung Note 20, and then simply connected the phone with it. Here I have my phone with all apps converted into a desktop. That's all, no need for a laptop or pc. Mobile phone is powerful enough to run MS office apps, everything is on my android mobile phone.This device is has strong built quality. Came in a simple packing and a manual. That's all needed. It has an ethernet port but haven't used yet. Also 3 usb ports, plenty if keyboard or mouse is required to connect but not in my case. So far super happy.

Designed for the Steam Deck, I’ve been using it with the ROG Ally. Works ok, but the stand isn’t very well fitted even with the steam deck.

Substandard at best, the usb-c in the dock lacks full capabilities of those integrated on devices so don't think of using any adapters, hubs out splitters on it and whilst the dock connected the peripherals to the device it would not power the device at all.

When I unpacked this docking station I just to weigh it as it felt so solid, out of the box it weighs 240 grams. The size of the text in user guides / manuals is starting to become an issue for me. I don’t think my eyes are failing just yet. It has more to do with the incredible shrinking text.This “Steam Deck” docking station is well equipped, it uses Realtek USB GbE chipset for Ethernet, 3 x USB-A 3.0 ports and a USB-C PD input. The HDMI port has an excellent refresh rate, so no excuses for not seeing something move on screen.I think for the amount of aluminium used alone, this docking station is worth every penny.

Stacja bardzo dobrej jakości. Wymiary idealne pod ROGa w etui Tech Protect.Tryb Turbo 30W działa z zewnętrzną ładowarką 100W. Wszystkie porty działają jednocześnie bez problemu.Wtyczka USB-C wystarczająco długa i grube etui nie przeszkadza w jej osadzeniu w gnieździe ładowania.

Compré este dock porque es de los que tiene la plataforma más amplia del mercado. La funda que uso para mi Ally es bastante gruesa y hace que no la pueda encajar en casi ningún dock. Pero en este queda perfecta.Esteticamente, es muy sobrido y sus materiales son de una gran calidad. Especial mención al alumino que permite una disipación pasiva de calor. A esto también contribuye el que no tenga ningún tipo de respaldo que bloquee la ventilación posterior de la Ally.Cuenta con almohadillas antideslizantes que hacen que, una vez hayas puesto el dock en un sitio de su elección, no se desplaze lo más mínimo. Las conexiones no son nada del otro jueves, pero funcionan todas correctamente.Otra cosa muy importante para los orgullosos propietarios de una ROG Ally, es que, combinado con un cargador de 100 w, este dock permite alcanzar los tan ansiados 30 w en el modo Turbo.De todos los docks que he probado es el que recomiendo, siempre que tengas una funda gruesa para tu handdheld.
