Got this for elderly friend with TruHearing RIC hearing aids. Very easy to install and very cost effective.

Perfect replacement if you have tiny ear holes
Seriously, if you have small ear holes, these are the ones you need. Very soft and comfortable.

Nice fit.
These are open domes and best for people with only high frequency hearing loss. It lets lots of sound in to the ear from outside. Also tends to prevent occulusion ("plugging of the ears"). May increase risk of feedback. But they fit my ears well and clipped onto the Signia hearing aids well and I love them. The 7mm size was right for me. Its a M-S. Mostly medium. I'd think 8mm would be a true medium. Slightly small doesn't hurt in open design, since it lets sound in anyway. Unless it so small it may come out.

Fall off easily
They work and are comfortable. They fall off easily. Even if I “click” them on I have had multiple come off in my ear when taking the hearing aides out.
