Poly Index Folders, 10 Pack, Letter, Assorted (50981EE)

These are great folders. Easy to see what is inside, easy to name the folders. This is the third package I have purchased.

I carry these around in a messenger/laptop bag to corral papers - I use one to collect receipts and other loose papers that accumulate throughout the day, and I empty it out and file the papers into an accordion file each evening at home. I like that the folder is clear, so I can see what's in there and not forget to file the papers, but it keeps everything rounded up. These folders are open at the top, and at one end, so it's easy to slide things in and out - but papers don't tend to jostle out of them. Because they're plastic they tend to develop a little bit of static friction that helps to keep the papers in them. I use a couple others for papers related to specific projects, and the different colors help me stay organized. The folders are flexible, but not so flimsy that they get crumpled up in my bag. After some months of jostling around in there with all the other junk in my bag the folders do become a bit scratched up and dull - but they're still functional. I haven't had any of them start to rip or separate yet, even the ones that have been in daily use for about a year now.

Love these. They are a great upgrade and because they are transparent I often save time by not having to look inside as I would the cardboard ones. Another nice aspect is that I can use the colored tabs to create specific groups.

I LOVE to organize my workflow with these. I can keep projects color coded or just use the colors to prioritize (Red=URGENT, Green=Finances, etc.). They help me keep track of a lot of things on my desk and stay organized.

These are nice, but are flimsier than I expected. I do like the place for the label which can easily be seen without looking to see what's in the folder. I use these for individualizing all my separate project info on my desk at home, and they help to keep me organized. I just wish they were made from a stiffer plastic of poly material.

Great for projects.

Although this concept is nice, this product is very good. It’s very durable. The only thing I don’t like about it. It only comes a few in a pack for the price. I think it cost me 699 for six pieces or four pieces. I don’t remember I think that should’ve been at least 10, but you know my Opinion is my opinion

I am in the business of helping clients organize home offices. These folders are one of my main "go to" products that I always have in tow. The plastic sleeve is closed on two sides, which means you don't have to worry about things slipping out when you pick them up. And because it is open on the other two sides, it is virtually effortless to slip things in (which means people are more likely to actually do it!). I use them for me and for my clients to keep that pile of papers that clutters up most desks organized and neat looking. You have the perfect amount of color to differentiate them at a glance, while still having the benefit of them being clear so you can see the top page. You can use them for different regular categories (stuff to pay, data entry) or for individual project or client files. And when you need a quick desk clean-up, you can slip them into a drawer without losing any of your organization. They are great to use in a car, briefcase or larger purse to carry any "in transit" information that has to come back and forth with you (meeting notes, expense receipts) and keep it contained until you are ready to pull it out and process it. Instead of writing in the white space of the folder, I use the "repositionable" labels, so that I can use the folders over and over again as projects get completed and new ones take their place. I have used others that are either totally clear, or colored all over (though transparent), and I just like these better! Plus, provided you don't over stuff them, they hold up very well and look good over time, unlike manila folders which become dogeared in a hurry.

These are the perfect folders to use when providing documentation to VIP’s. It’s small details that matter and having documents that don’t crease and even if coffee is spilt it remains dry is so important.

These are excellent. I will be ordering more

I absolutely love these but I just find them a bit on the expensive side. I wish they were a bit cheaper but they are great quality and I use them to keep my documents organized regularly.
