A budget friendly product
It serves its purpose and holds the items in place. I have used it on tarmac and offroad and in both case it has held my bags (usually contains a load of 2-3kgs. Water bottle, camera, chargers and smaller accessories ) really well. While off-roading you can expect it to slip and slide a bit but will not come undone or drop anything, on tarmac it is rock solid. My friends use it to carry helmets and it does its job really well. I would have liked the elastic to be a little better but again considering the price it is a great buy.

After just a few uses and washes, the elastic started to deteriorate, and I'm concerned it may tear off completely within a few more days.
