Fixed the air leak
I couldn't figure out why I would have trouble getting the basket filled with water after cleaning it and why I would hear something like a suction noise from the area when the pump stopped until I realized the sound was coming from the diverter valve. The kit with its 3 o-rings was easy to install and fixed the problem.

Time to get item, item don't fit my waterway truseal are 20 years old maybe they were redesigned.
