Verbatim 43426 52x Vinyl CD-R - Slim Case 10 Pack

Verbatim are a very trusted and well-received brand. Vinyl CD-Rs look amazing and help give your music CDs some character. Not had an issue as of yet with playing them in most systems (as long as you burn CDs no higher than 10X). Would buy again. Switched to these over CD-RWs as they are not as compatible.

So far all ten CDs recorded and play very well in my old school car stereo.

Good CD’s with black vinyl appearance.Only complaint is poorly packed in a large paper envelope with no packing or protection. Outer cellophane on the box was all torn but fortunately the cd cases didn’t seem to be damaged.

I use these for data as well as music. I like the vinyl appearance, so I tend to save them for music. I think they're pretty good quality, as I can record an audio CD at full-speed (52x in my PC) and it's playable on all the CD-players I've tried so far. Looking at the recording-surface of a completed CD, I can see the "burnt" area by eye, just like on a shop-bought CD. I had noticed that with some other brands of CD I couldn't see this, and noticed that I had to reduce my recording speed to 4x or 8x to get the resultant CDs to work in conventional players.

These items really do look like miniature 7" vinyl, and they write and read well enough in just about any CD re-writer. You get 10 discs in the pack with 5 different label colours (blue, red, etc.) Each disk is in a slimline jewel case.The only problem I had was that the person's hi-fi system I was burning a disc for didn't read CDRs, so all my work was in vain. I kept the discs an was able to make use of them for myself.

Mainly for producing music CD's.

Tho' a bit dark to look at, It was a nice touch for those people who have a back catalogue vinyl and a case made for nostalgia for those 'items'.
