How do I get a refund- it burned my skin

Does it help keep the sensor on if you hit into something like a counter

I have had a couple of light bumps and it has not affected the sensor. I haven't had a hard hit but would guess it might dislodge the sensor probe. It has survived 4 showers with no leaks. I have only been using for a week so time will tell. I am hoping that it will keep the sensor on during my outside activities.

Will I be able to trim them down slightly? They look very effective, but I would appreciate being able to make them a bit smaller.

I keep mine as is due to wearing sleeved shirts and dresses. It ensures the edges won't roll up and have to replace them so often. Honestly, it's so unnoticeable, I'd not really thought about it. I'm sure you could trim them down but also remember, if you are new at applying them to your device, it was a little frustrating to me as the plastic is so very thin.

I only ordered one box, not knowing how well they work or how long they would last. So far they last for two weeks for each bandage so for me the box will last for at least a year, but time will tell.
