My husband has been taking his religiously and hasn't had any side effects of any kind. I even started seeing a naturopath dr who recommended this exact blend and I was so excited we had already purchased it! I don't take mine because she actually recommended I didn't for other reasons, but I'm excited to see what it can do to help us.

I am currently using Fertility Blend for Women and my husband is using Fertility Blend for Men. Although, I am sad that we did not get pregnant with our first round (we'll keep trying), I am excited to say that for the first time in 18 months, my period is significantly lighter.
