This is my second bottle of Nutrija ECA, my first one was in August of last year and it helped me lose approx 7-8 lbs while gaining some lean muscle mass. It naturally blunts hunger so helps to focus on eating the right type of foods. I ordered this bottle because I need that extra edge to help me get fit and toned. I do a home workout and it helps in staying focused and keeps me going. I’m an avid coffee and green tea drinker so caffeine does not bother me, this is a great supplement and I brought my last bottle to Canada with me because this Indian supplement is far superior than what I can get there. Everyone who is planning to use ECA stack.. i have few points to convey 1) Its a very potent fat burner. 2) you will feel very high heart beat after taking it. I have been working out from last 5 years and started taking supplements like protein, preoprkout and fat burners and vitamins from last 1 year. Never felt any kind of side effects. But this ECA stack is crazy. I felt like dying from heart attack, and nausea while grinding. Extreme headache and got extreme pump while working out. So please beware if you are not used to any kind of fat burners. The side affect lasted for entire day. In the evening i felt little relaxed. After one day of use i stopped using it because it did not suited me and out of control heart rate and nausea. Beginners please do not use. Strictly only for professional athletes. Peace ✌️

Take it before workout and take one capsule only at a time it is sufficient for one person on capsule and a very great product i lose 2 kgs in one week i am so happy about it

I ordered it one week ago and used it at empty stomach and both caffeine and ephedrine works as a strong pre-workout. It is value for money and it's best substitution of others pre-workout. This supplement really enhanced the strength and gives insane energy. One of the ingredients are asprin and yohimbine HCl will helps you to Brun more fat. But one negative side is somehow it effect on your sleep cycle.
