This stuff is like a little bottle of magic. I had issues with the car lacking power with no throttle response when accelerating. I did the DPF regeneration procedure and seemed to help but was looking for an additive to help. I tried the usual Redex DPF cleaner product which was useless and a total waste of money and time. I read reviews about this stuff and seemed quite positive so thought I’d give it a go as cheaper than paying for DPF cleaning. I filled the tank and put in the recommended 1ml per litre of this magic formula and took the car for a drive. Obviously didn’t notice any immediate change as just wanted to run it through the engine first. Over the next couple of days I noticed the throttle response was there and boost was starting to kick in earlier. The car now seems to be back to full performance after using this. MPG has also improved as was at 37.8mpg and now at 41.3mpg. Probably get a little more but I am a bit heavy footed 😁. I would highly recommend this over the well known brands like Redex and Wynns etc… A friend has now put this in his BMW X3 and Mitsubishi L200 and seen improvements since using it.

Best I've used yet!
We've used many different types of Diesel Treatments over a 30yr period in the trade with various results. We mainly specialise in VAG group cars, running various power gaining modifications where duty cycle of PD injectors is paramount and keeping smoke under control. Whether cars are re-mapped or mostly standard we have found that after running with this additive for a relatively short while there are improvements with throttle response, quicker turbo spool and reduced smoke under load. Small gains on mpg but in all honesty our clients main aim is power most the time. Don't be under the illusion that popping this stuff in the tank wile solve all current running issues or lessening the need for maintenance and service and as soon as you add it to the fuel your gonna get a 10sec quater mile time and massive bhp boost, you would be delusional if you thought that! However it does improve things under the bonnet and works better than other additives available to retail and the trade.

Good product
Seemed to have had some positive effect on my diesel engine van..

Very good value and seems to work.
I bought this as my Peugeot diesel had become a little difficult to start when cold even after changing the heater plugs. This is actually much better value than the stuff you find in the supermarkets or car accessory shops and it does appear to work, my car feels smoother and the MPG seems a little improved, my car is defiantly less smokey when cold and is now much easier to start now I have used it for a tank full of fuel. I think this is worth a go if your having problems with the fuel system as its the cheapest place to start really.

Fuel additives
Diesel octane booster, so far no issues with this product,I use it in my vauxhall insignia,on my 4th full tank of fuel,280 liters , not sure what benefits there have been so far , car already does great mpg , definitely no drop off on fuel economy, engine might be running a bit smoother, but that could be my driving style, will update after more usage.

Cheaper than Redex and similar, plus containing an octane booster..
Much cheaper than Redex and similar, plus containing an octane booster (unlike the others). One small bottle like this (250ml?), should be enough for around 5 full tanks of my medium sized family saloon, with a 65L tank; based upon the recommended repeat dose. So far it has certainly purged through the fuel system, as after running in for a long haul trip of 350 miles, the next time I drove the car I could instantly tell the difference. Acceleration is improved, as well as improved MPG, from 46.7 to 51.2 over 400 miles. It read 46.7 so I reset the computer and drove with Hydra added to the tank for a week and now it says 51.2, so much better and closer to the rated MPG of the car when new. To be honest the biggest reason I bought it was to help with "water in the tank - emulsification" effect that can unfortunately occur with cheap supermarket fuels and poorly maintained forecourt tanks that hold it (Buyer beware Asda have a very bad rep for this, but Tesco have had it too!). Plus after purchasing the car 2nd hand, you never know what sort of life it's had so better to be safe than sorry - right?! In the past I have had to replace fuel filters/pumps due to wear and tear caused by sludge in the bottom of the tank..apparently this solution contains elements that clean out all the sections of the fuel line, right up to the injectors, so if it prevents long-term costs and mechanical issues, then it's all good. Others have stated that it helps clean up emissions (prior to M.O.T) but I can't comment on that aspect myself, ditto with the "Engine warning lights" or DPF issues as I don't think it is SPECIFICALLY designed for that purpose, but if it does fix that for you then great! Bear in mind there are specialist formulas made specifically with that purpose in mind, it may be best to use the right tool for the job. Hope this helps someone :)

Shame about the container
Great product - it has worked a treat. But, we couldn't get the top off the container, trying everything from a vice to hot water. In the end we had to cut it open & lost about 20% of the contents in the process. But it has worked well & I'd buy it again in the hope that we just had a rogue container.

It seems to work, but this is a long term additive so initial appraisal difficult to measure.
Difficult to assess, but engine seems to run more smoothly and MPG seems better.
