Yes, this is for one unit. These are constructed of a much higher grade PVC product than what you find with plumbing type of PVC. We also include three dual-bearing roller blade-style wheels. $139 is as low as we can get to on Amazon and still be able to offer free shipping (12 lb. 7" x 7" x 36" box shipped).
