سرعة التوصيل ممتازة و تم وصول المنتج قبل وقته المتوقع و اداء رائع يفي بالغرض للاداء الرياضي و العلاجي الفيزياء و تحفيز العضلات و الاعصاب سواء لديك اصابة او تحاول ان تستشفي عضلات بعد التمرين .

Good product but lackluster customer service
I like the product and it seems to be working as promised so far. My disappointment comes with the fact that there is no user manual included. There is a sheet with instruction to find the user manual online. For this particular model, there doesn't seem to be a manual posted online. You are also directed to register the product to ensure the warranty is in place, but when you go to do so, this particular model is not listed in their dropdown. I have contacted their customer service explaining that I couldn't find the user manual and their response was to direct me to the main website after I already stated it wasn't there. It doesn't seem like the person responding read my request at all. I responded to reiterate that but no one has responded since. I figured it out on my own however now I have also messaged to understand how to register the product and am hoping that they actually read my message this time and respond. Not impressed with their customer service.
