The video in the product description shows a toilet seat cover with elastic all the way around as they're supposed to have. What I received was a flat piece of material with two elastic straps meant to hold the cover on. I couldn't even if I wanted as the cover is also too big for my standard size toilet seat. The material the seat cover and rugs were made of are very cheap.In addition to this issue, when I wanted to return it, I was only given the options of return to a UPS store or UPS pick up. The closest UPS store to me is approximately 30 miles and UPS pick up costs $7.95. It's not even worth returning! Don't waste your time and money on this product.

This set was really thin. Low quality material was used. I do not recommend. Go to Target. You’ll have way better options

Have you ever made felt masks with elastic bands with your kids? That’s what this is. Cut a couple holes for eyes and mouth in this thing and BAM… you’re a polar bear.The “Anti Slip Rubber Backing” description is pretty much a total lie. Sure… there are blue “dots” on the back but they are the same thing as dot textured cardstock. I promise you… there is zero anti-slip on these things. Ask me how I know…Unless you’re buying these things for someone you dislike and hope they break a leg… don’t waste your money.
