I was tired of my old dish-draining system, in which pooled water had to be tipped into the sink, and limescale build-up was an unsightly problem. I spent hours pouring over reviews and descriptions before deciding on this drainer. I chose it because its top tier only covered half of the base and I felt that this would make filling the bottom tier easier. I have to say that I am very happy with this well-designed product. I found it easy to assemble, and it is very sturdy and stable. It holds a good amount of stacked crockery and is easy to clean. The feature which sold it to be is the fact that the tray-base is designed to direct drainage water down into the drainage hole and extendable spout from all directions so that there is no more annoying pooling. It isn't the cheapest drainer I have ever bought, but I suppose you get what you pay for, and the convenience to me is well worth the extra money.

We really love this draining rack. It's sturdy, holds the full repertoire of Sunday lunch pots and pans, very easy to assemble, clear instructions and looks great!! Would absolutely recommend. The draining spout is inspired also. Fits perfectly on my standard size sink area. Great product. Lost 1 star only because the glass holder got in the way, and it's an ideal enough size to hold everything a family of 3 uses without needing it.

Very smart looking (for a dish drainer) holds a range of plates, bowls, bottles and saucepans really well. I like the fact the draining board under it remains dry, stopping build up of limescale. The draining tube works very well, is extendable and you can pivot it to different positions, even the cutlery drainer part drains onto the plastic base which allows you to use it on the non drainage board side of the sink. Feels very sturdy and despite a little scepticism as to how solid it would feel fully stacked with pots and pans and plates etc after Christmas lunch, there was no issues at all. Also (and I do think this is a tad odd) I’ve received compliments on it- from my dad and my other half, so I suppose I know what to get them for their birthdays now!

Good quality item easy to assemble helps keep the new sink clean

Tidied up my draining board perfectly. Easy to put together and clean. Like the glass holders. Some planning needed if you have pots and plans to dry but plates and bowls fit nicely on top. Draining chute works well. It is sturdy and looks neat. However is you have a family of 4 or more you may find this a bit too small for lots of plates. For a couple it's great and one of my favourite additions to the kitchen just be warned the written instructions are tiny but it's fairly straightforward to put together. I use the cutlery drainer on the side rather than behind but that's a space issue.

I've had this about a month now and am very pleased. It doesn't look too clumsy on my worktop and hopefully it lives up to the promise of being rust proof. Although more expensive than some others, I chose this drainer because of the spout which drains through the hole in the centre of the bottom tray directly into my sink. The utensils holder also drains onto this so water no longer collects on my worktop. As another review says the bottom tray will need cleaning occasionally but still less often than my previous dish drainer which sat directly on the worktop. There is plenty of room for plates and dishes etc and saucepans will fit on the bottom tray because the 2 tier part is only half of the overall width of the drainer. I wouldn't trust balancing cups on the cup rack but I sometimes put my grandchildren's plastic beakers on them. I gave 4* for ease of assembly because the diagram wasn't too clear. However, after several frustrating attempts [and a clean of my glasses before I re-studied the diagram], I realised that I needed to hold 1 upright piece of metal on the outside of the racks whilst pushing just the hooks through to attach to the inside. When repeating with the other upright it was a bit tricky to get the hooks to fit but this is what then makes the drainer sturdy. I would recommend this drainer.

The rack itself feels good quality and does what it’s needed for, however the plastic base is flimsy and is missing a piece to keep it elevated
