Twice burned! Would not recommend buying this product!!
I ordered this handheld game console. It arrived with a part missing and it would not work. I requested a replacement and I sent the original console back. I received the replacement console and it was also missing the exact same part as the first one. Of course, it did not work either and I had to return it, but this time I requested a REFUND. I had read some negative reviews about this item and was hoping they were not true. BUT...............I was Terribly disappointed and will NOT order this item again!!

Missing crucial parts
I wanted to give this a chance even though there are several bad reviews but turns out it’s just consistently bad quality from these people. I’m missing the screws to put in the back as well as the USB cable to even get the thing on. I thought maybe it came separately but see others got the cable.

It didn’t come with the cable to attach to the tv. It also came with only 15 games that are trash no real arcade games on there. Same your money

I would not recommend purchasing this device, it does not come with a USB cord, you must provide your own. There are 20 generic games on the system, racing, darts, mahjong random stuff. Not worth the price.

No power cord and no SD card. This is the worst thing I have ever bought off Amazon. Please don’t waste your time on this.

Good resolution, bad games
I was actually impressed with the menu layout and quality of the game resolution.The joysticks worked well and YES, you can turn off the joysticks without removing batteries. There is an on/off switch on each stick and they work.However. The product only comes with 20 games. None of which I've heard of and not interesting.I bought this specifically for Ms pacman and galaga, which are shown in one reviewers video, but not actually included (that reviewer must have loaded extra rom files (not easy for the average Joe to do).So i am returning my unit. It's a shame. It would have been perfect with just a few decent games.. these style joysticks are perfect for packman and galaga
