Really good gluten free alternative to breadcrumbs
When you don't have dietary issues with gluten but live with someone who does, you can find that gluten substitutes don't come close to to tasting or having the same texture as foods with gluten. I personally find that a lot of these products don't taste the same or feel right in the mouth when you eat them, which for me really outs me off of them. This leads to me cooking two versions of the same meal, one with and one without gluten (which can lead to cross contamination if you are not careful). However; after making Scotch eggs using these brown rice breadcrumbs I can defiantly recommend them and will be buying again. The only issue is that they don't brown as well as traditional breadcrumbs but do go a very pale light golden brown.

We use these for chicken and fish in our airfryer. So tasty and crisps up great. So happy to find breadcrumbs that are gluten free and so good

Product is tasteless. Will not be buying again. I feel there are better GF breadcrumbs on the market. Found them awful.

1. Season calamari rings with crushed garlic, lemon juice, salt and pepper. 2. Coat first in ORGRAN flour. 3. Dip in egg and milk mixture, alternatively, prepare milk with ORGRAN No Egg™ Egg Replacer as per packet instructions. 4. Coat well with ORGRAN crumbs. (To double crumb for extra crispiness repeat steps 3 and 4 now) 5. Allow to set for 15 minutes, preferably in refrigerator. 6. Heat oil in deep pan 175ºC - 195ºC (350ºF - 385ºF) and quickly deep fry for about 1 minute until lightly browned (calamari becomes tough if overcooked). 7. Lift from oil and drain on paper.
