I absolutely love this fruit punch drink! It takes a few days to start working for me but I am so glad amazon carries it! I used to buy it at Walmart but the last time i found something similar it was 18$!!! No thanks!!Very happy with the subscription service as well!When this does start working it helps me get to an 18:6. Im always on my feet at work so if I do get a little hungry I have a small healthy snack with it and it pretty much becomes a meal!Nice boost of energy and 0 calories!! Can not be beat!!

The flavor is great if you drink it with ice cold water. I’m new to fasting and my sugar drops when I start getting hungry but when I drink this it levels my sugar and keeps me feeling good until it’s time to eat. Personally, I like that it doesn’t have caffeine so I am able to drink it in the evenings if I need to

This product works very well for me, and tastes great. I do a 20:4 Fast every day, and this has the right mix of hydration, amino acids and adaptogens. It doesn't have chloride, and it is a bit pricey, so I'm only going with 4 stars here ... But with zero calories I can drink as much as I feel the need to, without breaking my fast. I haven't been able to find as good a combo of ingredients in any other product that has zero calories - others all seem to be adding ingredients they don't need to, which results in calories I don't need or want.

It had has an after taste that I could not get past. And when you are doing intermittent fasting, bad tasting anything is not gonna crave the appetite.

Hago ayuno intermitente de 16-8, este jugo me ayuda a mantenerme en la mañana hasta mi hora de comida. Hago ejercicios antes de comer, así que me siento con energia y no me dan bajones de azúcar. El sabor es rico y realmente no siento la necesidad de comer o beber algo mas mientras estoy en ayuno. Las instrucciones dice 1 sobre en 16 onza de agua, pero la verdad, en 24 onz de agua aún le da bastante sabor. No sé si tiene que ver, pero Almenos siento menos ganas de comer dulces o cosas así mientras estoy en mi tiempo de comer. Tomo un té detox en la tarde luego de empezar nuevamente mi ayuno y hago nuevamente mi ejercicios para quemar las calorías que consumi en mi tiempo de comer. Hacer ejercicios Almenos 30 minutos dos veces al día y tomar bastante agua es lo ideal. Creo que aún haciendo un ayuno intermitente puedes comer lo que quieras, pero reduce la cantidad, aunque creeme con tan poco tiempo para comer entre medio de todo lo que uno tiene que hacer, preferirás comer lo adecuado, antes que comida chatarra o dulces para poder mantenerte en tu ayuno. Con este jugo definitivamente (Almenos a mi) reducirán tu ganas de comer, quizas es un efecto placebo o algún ingrediente, nose, así que mejor tómalo solo cuando estés en ayuno y preferiblemente, no lo tomes faltando una hora para que comienze tu tiempo de comer, porque estarás satisfecho y no comerás lo que corresponde, a la hora que corresponde y no queremos desperdiciar nuestro tiempo limitado de comer. Yo como más por ansiedad y estrés, así que este jugo, el té detox, los ejercicios, el beber bastante agua, comer Almenos un poco de vegetales y frutas, no comer tantos dulces y descansar mis 8 horas, me ah ayudado mucho a calmar mi ansiedad y estrés. Aún sigo comiendo lo que quiero (pero reducido) y mi cuerpo se siente muy bien.
