Great quality, very durable, and at a affordable price!
I love the HPFix Anti Static Mat. I have been using it for my small computer building and repair business. it is thick and durable and has been working great! It has spaces for all your tools, screws, and spaces to insert your precision screwdrivers. If you are looking for a anti-static mat to work on your electronics, this is highly recommended. Comes with the wrist band and adapters so you can safely work on all your electronics without the risk of damage.

Works as intended; does what it's supposed to
This mat seems to do exactly what it's supposed to. The thing about static electricity is that it's hard to predict, so it's hard to tell whether I'm just lucky or if the mat works as intended. That said, I'm going to assume that the mat is working as intended because I had no discharges while using it. The mat is kind of small, but I appreciate that it comes with the grounding wrist band and everything. The section at the top has plenty of spaces for temporarily storing screws and small pieces. It seems very durable, and I look forward to using it on more projects in the future.

Good ESD soldering mat
This is very good ESD soldering mat. Ignore the review trying to test the resistance with a regular multimeter. I tested it with a meter for resistivity surfaces, and it is with in the range in the description. For the price this is an excellent product.

Mat is not conductive and will not discharge static. Wrist strap required!
The advertisment is missleading. It's a nice thick rubber mat and it does come with a clip to wrist strap, clip to clip, and a grounding plug, and the wrist stap works just fine. They say you can just clip it to the mat and be fine but that is 100% untrue. I took my voltmeter to it, tested the strap (good), tested the clip to clip (good), and then the grounding capabilities of the mat (not good). I still really like this product, but please don't be fooled by false advertisment.

Great Product
Fantastic product. I bought the large size which fits an ATX motherboard while getting it set up. Places for screws and tools so everything is at hand.

Works great
It seemed to work perfect. I replaced my steam deck drive on it.

It does what its supposed to do, but if you are like me and have everything in black, maybe consider adding some colour into your life as things like tiny black screws can hide in plain sight. I will probably order another in a different colour just for that reason.

The HPFIX Premium Heat Resistant Anti-Static Mat performs exactly as described. The material feels durable and well-made, with excellent heat resistance up to 932°F, which is perfect for electronics repair work. The grounding wire and grounding plug are included and function properly, helping to safely discharge static electricity. So far, it's been a reliable and essential addition to my workspace. Based on initial use, I’m very satisfied and giving it a 5-star rating.

It's been a great mat for me so far. The material has been pretty heat resistant and has done it's job fine. I got this mat specifically for the wall plug grounding ability, that's a pretty decent addition. It did smell a bit funky out of the box but that's dissipated after a week. Also, stuff REALLY likes to stick to it, like dust and solder and whatnot, but I supposed most silicone mats are going to be like this. Just get a can of air and some rubbing alcohol to clean it every once in a while, but DO NOT use paper towels, as it will flake off and get absolutely stuck to the mat. I made a slight modification and bought a $3 whiteboard at the dollar store and cut it into pieces small enough to fit into the squares so that I can label where the screws came from, I got the idea as the iFixit mat works almost like a whiteboard, so I wanted to add that onto this one for the little compartments. It's been invaluable in helping me remember what came from where. Not much else to say, maybe that the wall outlet cable and the wrist strap are coiled, I absolutely despise coiled cables like that, but maybe some will appreciate that? I don't know, but I won't take a point off as I think that might just be a subjective opinion.

I only ended up keeping the anti static wristband and other components, because the mat had a strangely sweet scent to them and made me fingers feel odd. I had to wash my hands, because it felt like some substance was rubbing off on them. Even after washing the mat under hot water could I not get rid of the smell and feeling. I'm not sure if that's normal and you're supposed to wear gloves when handling the mat, but I just don't feel right handling it or keeping it nearby. I do hope it's not toxic to inhale.

None of the accessories shown in the first picture were received with the mat. Also the item appears to be much larger in the pictures than in real life.
