Hard work, but worth it!
Well, this is tough going! The Residents are not the sort of band you listen to while doing the washing up. Surreal, abstract, avant-garde, unsettling: you could use these words to describe the Residents, I normally stick with just plain daft. It's taken me a couple of weeks to work my way through this box set because there is so much information on it that you can't really form an opinion after a quick listen. Also, my wife REALLY doesn't like it, so I'm limited to times when she's not nearby! Let yourself be absorbed by the music, it's brilliant.

Fantastic overview of one of the weirdest bands ever. So much amazing music here. Has encouraged me to get my old Residents vinyl out of the attic and crank out my old turntable.
