Beauty Masks & Scrubs (Cozy)

I got this book because i found that many home spa books only touch on masks ans scrubs. Often only offering one or two recipes. This book has about 30 or so. However, many of the recipes are very similar and it focuses more on masks than scrubs. The ones that are scrubs are mostly body scrubs and not facial scrubs. Also, i found the reference section in the beginning to be a simple repeat of what's at the beginning of both bath bombs and beauty oils.

This is an excellent book on beauty masks and scrubs, very informative. Besides the nice recipes, it has an extended introduction that gives info on the ingredients, without becoming tiring or “heavy”, just the absolutely necessary. I recommend it to anyone, novice or experienced.

Pretty pictures. Little substance. This book is not helpful for someone looking to grow but may be right for the novice.

This lady writes such brilliant books. I've now bought all five of her books (Beauty Oils & Butters, Candles, Soaps, Beauty Masks & Scrubs and Bath Bombs). All are written which such great detail, incl features on essential oils, herbs, a natural colour, and great detail on how to put things together (along with nice recipes of course). Can't praise them enough!

Item as described.It came as a shock the it had some library stamps, but it makes it more particular. :)The only suggestion would be to show more pictures of the content since it did not contain as many recipes as I expected.But a nice book and very fast delivery, thank you.

such a fun book, ideal for a 'girls' night in with a friend or two. lots of good ideas with easily accessible ingredients.
