Probably the best vitamis to buy out there

NOW d3 & k2
Does not state type of K2 ,should be MK7 .Low dose of D3 ,only 1000 iu. Contains silicone dioxide this has been linked to kidney damage .Refund declined . I will not buy any more NOW vitamins.

My immunes system plummet
It might be my body just rejecting this product, but after taking these for 3 days, switching from my previous vitamin, my immunes system plummet to the lowest level possible.
