Good quality
I was not aware South of France made a body lotion and was pleasantly surprised to find this and then try it out. I like it so much I've stopped buying from the brand name company I've been using for 10+ years. It's a bonus to match my body lotion to the bath soap I use. I've been using South of France bath soap for over 15 years.

Hand and Body Cream
Just an ok hand and body cream. Scent is a little off when you first smell it but smells better after some time. Kind of takes some time to rub in but afterwards skin feels soft and moisturized. A great value for money since you get 3 tubes for the price of one.

Keeps my hands moisturized
Has an off scent. Almost smells like the plastic tube it comes in. Thought it would be similar to the naked bee lotion, but it’s not.

Super moisturizing!
This lotion is thick and creamy. You really only need a little bit, rub it in your hands to kind of thin it out and then smooth it on your skin. The scents are so good, the lavender smells like a field of flowers, the orange blossom smells like gentle petals and honey, the lemon verbena smells fresh and citrusy and the shea butter smells warm and cozy. They leave my skin feeling soft and smooth for days!

Very good moisturizing; not much needed per use; mostly nice scents
Overall, these are very good performing hand/body lotions. There are four in the set, each with a different scent. The actual performance is the same regardless of the scent, with each providing very good moisturizing. They have a fairly thick consistency, so only a small amount is needed to cover a large area. The two citrus scented ones (Orange and Lemon) are my favorites. Each has a pleasant, light scent that's not often found in a hand/body cream. The shea butter one is also nice, with a light coconut-like scent. Least appealing to me is the Lavender Fields. While I like lavender in general, this has a rather flat, musty-like lavender scent. It's not terrible, but it's far less appealing than the other three. Fortunately, the scent (like all the others) is light and not overpowering. The set comes packaged in a plain cardboard box for protection. Also, each tube has a foil inner seal. All four arrived in perfect shape. They are made in the USA.The cream does take a bit of time to fully soak in and, until it does, it leaves a somewhat sticky film on my skin. It's most apparent when I use it on my hands. Eventually it does soak in, leaving my skin nicely moisturized and soft. The price is not unreasonable for a set of four 8 oz tubes. Considering how little is needed per use due to the thick consistency, I'd rate the overall value as very good. 4.5 stars.

Nice Moisturizing Product but the Scents are a Miss
I was SO excited to test these products because the scent combinations are great, but they just don't smell right to me. They aren't bad, but they aren't what I would call overly pleasant. They are just, eh.The moisturizing capabilities of these lotions are great so if this is what you're looking for, then these are a hit. They really absorb into your skin quickly and do not leave a greasy feeling at all. You can put on after a shower and within minutes, still get into bed without worrying it will rub off into your sheets. I didn't have any allergic reaction to this on my skin and my skin felt great the next morning.I just wish these smelled better. This part will of course come down to personal preference, and I'm actually a little shocked at how many people love the scents. Maybe I got a dud package, I don't know. All in all, a nice variety set of effective moisturizers.

Not the best scents, but it does moisturize
Pet peeve - at the time of writing this review, it was impossible to find the ingredients for these anywhere online prior to ordering!! All the amazon listing says is that the ingredients are "shea butter" - there's definitely more than that. I obviously decided to take the risk anyway, but it really bothers me when these "natural" products don't give their customers easy access to this information. If you're interested using more natural products, then you're most likely interested in seeing an ingredients list. Anyway, I've attached photos of the ingredients list on the bottle for each scent. It's a decent list, but I don't like that it has unspecified "fragrance" in it, and it doesn't state that it comes from a natural source, so it could be something not good, no way to tell. Minus a star for this hassle. The reason for the other deducted star is the scents. They are pretty offensive, in my opinion. The only one I didn't *hate* was the shea butter, but I didn't love it either. Luckily, the scents do dissipate fairly quickly so you don't have to put up with it for too long. So that at least makes them usable - if the scents lingered I would not have used them more than once. The good news is that they do moisturize quite well! For a natural moisturizer, anyway. If you're comparing it to products with PEGs and other chemicals in it then no it's not as good at hydrating, but that's to be expected.Overall I can't really say I would go out of my way to recommend these. I feel very neutral about them. I would potentially reorder just the shea butter scent in the future. Hope this helps you make a more informed decision!

Variety pack is great!
I got the variety pack of this lotion and I was very impressed! For the price you get all 4 full-sized tubes. Each one is 8 ounces, which is on the large side for a hand cream. I wasn’t sure if the sampler pack might include smaller sizes, so I’m glad they’re the normal size. The packaging notes that the product is “non-GMO verified.” It’s also vegan, and many of the ingredients are organic and fair trade. This lotion is made in the United Sates. The lotion itself smells good and absorbs well! It’s not too sticky. My skin definitely felt more hydrated after using it. My favorite scent is the orange blossom and honey, but all of the lotions have a nice shea butter scent. The “plain” shea butter one smells strongly of almonds, but it’s still pleasant.Overall the 4-pack of these lotions seems like an incredible value! I was impressed how much nice quality lotion you get for under $40. These would be amazing party favors or shower gifts too.
