Prophets of Rage, their explosive, self-titled debut LP, exemplifies the band's commitment to creating a more decent and humane world. Produced by Brendan O'Brien fuse the diverse styles, sonic firepower and hard-hitting social consciousness of the group's previous work into an inventive and commanding new musical statement. Yes Zach is missed but B Real and Chuck D do a comparable job. The music is customized for their deliveries and it actually works. Tom Morello reminds me us that he belongs on the pantheon of the greatest guitarists of all time. He is the highlight of this album, his solo in Hail to the Chief is out of this world. I love this album and it couldn't have come at a better time. Let us Rage once more.... Review: Music to Resist by - Feeling hopeless? You voted for Donald Trump. This music is protesting you. You will be offended by it. I look forward to down voting your worthless 1 star review. 2. You desperately want this to be the second coming of Rage Against the Machine but fail to realize what Killing in the Name of is really about. You will hate this album so much because you don't understand the band's original purpose. Go back and listen until you understand. Then buy this album. 3. You are angry that Donald is president. You love Tom Morello's ability to hit a groove like nobody else can. You are energized by incredible lyrics delivered by some of the most accomplished and prolific rappers alive. You know just how much Chuck D changed our culture for the better. This is for you. If my review offended you, then you will definitely hate this album and you shouldn't buy it.

Amazing band, reminiscent of Rage Against the Machine
Love this band, just saw them live and they were amazing. The guitar work is some of the best of this century. This is very reminiscent of Rage Against the Machine, more so than Public Enemy. Note that the members are from Rage, Public Enemy, Audioslave, etc. Wouldn't say it's revolutionary work, but is excellent music. Living on the 110 and Unfuck the World are great songs. "A portion of proceeds go to a social justice partner on each night of the tour. Tonight in DC is the National Immigration Law Center."

Vive La Resistance!
This album it seems has been taking a bit of a bashing. If you like Rage, Cypress Hill, and Public Enemy there is no reason you wouldn't like this. Sure, there is nothing groundbreaking here, and I personally could do without the song "Legalize Me". Songs about marijuana reform are old hat in this day and age, but it is still a solid effort from these gents. Monster Brad Wilk beats, raging Tom Morello riffs, tasty Timmy C. Bass runs, and vicious vocalizations from B-Real, and my all time favorite MC Chuck D. What's not to like? If you are at all curious, give it a listen.

This album is a bit of a let down.. The lineup alone made it intriguing enough to check out... members of Public Enemy, Cyprus Hill, Rage Against the Machine. But it's clear these songs were either written somewhat lazily or not intended to be listened to as an album but as singles. When you get a few songs into the record you quickly recognize a pattern. Intro, verse, chorus, verse chorus, solo by Tom M with a few weird effects, verse solo... there's an occasional interlude or return to the intro but all in all the tracks are very formulaic. And I was disappointed that what is arguably their best song (the self-titled Prophets of Rage) isn't even on the record. There not much substance here, it's more of a novelty. A cheap, plastic one at that.

BRILLIANT!!!
An ingenious and MUCH welcomed collaboration. Chuck D and the MIGHTY MIGHTY Tom Morello alone would have been spectacular. However, with this new SUPERGROUP, comes some of the most UNBELIEVABLE music I've heard in years. They've EXCEPTIONALLY captured the feeling of a great majority of the nation.

Rage Against The Machineの トム、ティム、ブラッドの3人による 3つ目のプロジェクトとでも 呼べばいいだろうか。
