This is a dangerous piece of garbage. I opened the tiny box and removed it slowly from the Ziploc and it just exploded and launched across the room missing my dogs face by inches.It sucks. Can't even get it to fit back in box for return.I'm calling a lawyer to see about a class action suit

I waited over a month for this to arrive for my son. He was so excited to buy this, that he was willing to wait that long. It finally came and literally broke after a minute or two. It unspiraled and when we tried to fix it we got it to snap back into a pole again but it wouldn't retract anymore. Very disappointing.

You have to be 10% smarter than this ingenious wand in order to use it.
