These May Work Well for Others but Just Not for Me...
Even though they come in charged from the factory your advised to let them fully charge for 5 to 6 hours. I let my set charging overnight with the supplied Type C USB cable and my charging cube (not supplied) just to make sure there would be no hiccups when I began using these hearing amplifiers. The User Guide seems to be a generic one for hearing amplifiers in general and not specifically to the devices it comes enclosed with. It makes mention that if battery is low then replace battery/charge; addresses the volume knob being worn, sorry but no volume knob on these amplifiers; if the catheter or ear hook is damaged then replace with a new sound guide tube or ear hook, these issues definitely don't apply to the "In The Ear" aids that their guide comes with. This User Guide is the first I've ever seen shipped with hearing amplifiers that appears to be Universal and not specific for what you're purchasing. Now their Operation Guide is specifically for this particular hearing amplifier, it's laid out well with descriptions and pictures on how to use their hearing amplifiers. I was surprised to see that this set didn't have a program mode setting for hearing environments involving Universal, TV, Loud Noise, etc that I've seen in other hearing amplifiers. Actually all they offer with these are 5 volume levels and this is where my main problem comes into play, after I inserted them into my ears and began adjusting the sound the squealing or howling (however you want to describe it as) was super uncomfortable due to the large fingertips I have and the space that is required to tap came into play for me with the microphone. Also, sometimes I would just lean my head over towards my shoulder and the feedback on one ear would start up again but once I corrected my head position the noise would subside. Maybe the microphone is so sensitive that the positioning of the microphone is critical when placed in the ear canal, I tried to rotate a little about the ear canal but to no avail so I'm just not sure. The actual sound quality was OK, I've heard better but also, I've heard worse in these types of hearing amplifiers. Personally, I believe that the price is a little high for the limited technology that you're getting with these devices.Just remember that whatever hearing amplifiers you decide to purchase let me just state the obvious and that is they are not true hearing aids but what most would consider as PSAP's (personal sound amplification products). These hearing amplifiers are sufficient for helping the elderly with mild to somewhere below moderate hearing loss. True hearing aids amplify only certain sounds based on your hearing profile, but PSAPs amplify all sounds equally so if you use these aids to assist you with your hearing loss just be sure to start your volume level at the lowest level possible that offers a benefit to your hearing because if you crank them up too loud it may sound good at first but you may, over time, lose what good hearing you have left...Overall, what I did like was the small charging/carrying case which would be great for when you leave the house for work or play. The stated working time for these are 35 hours which is unheard of for most similar devices, that would imply you would only have to charge these at the end of every 3rd day depending on how long you use them per day. Also, I like that the On and Off switch is built-in, so you don't have to worry with manually turning them off or on. I can also appreciate the fact that the manufacturer recommends a 3-week break-in period for new wearers of this type of hearing device, this can give your canal and your hearing time to adapt with as little discomfort as possible.Sorry, but as I mentioned in the review headline, these amplifiers may work well for you or others, but they just didn't work for that well for me.

Merely amplifies sounds
For a pair of hearing aids, all it does is amplifies sounds. All sounds, every background noise, bangs and clangs you’ll pick it all up.I guess you can’t compare it to a professional pair that can filter out misc noises but these don’t help that much.

Does not suit my needs
I wished it worked. The buzzing/beeping sound is a torture when you are to wear it. I suffer from tinnitus and tried so many hearing aids but I am still having a hard time of fitting into one. I think this is not one size fits all that is why all these fitting sessions with the very expensive ones are always required. I like the container it came with with some options for buds. However, shapewise, it just does not fit just anyone’s ears. I got white (maybe that's all the color they have) looks good and it also offers different ear cushions. This also has only 3 levels of volume. It seems that the lowest one is still too loud for me so it would be great if the volume control is like a radio where you can turn it lower or higher gradually. This is rechargeable so it is convenient. Another one is that when I have it in my ears, it keeps on falling off especially when I am chewing.Overall, this is not for me. Unfortunately, I may have to bite the bullet and be fitted with the expensive ones. Sighhhhh!!!!_____________________

Rechargeable Hearing Aids for Seniors with Noise Cancelling
Rechargeable Hearing Aids for Seniors with Noise CancellingThese fit okay, but aren't comparable to professional quality hearing aids.If you're in a pinch they will slightly increase volume, but not really more than that.

Helps with mild hearing loss
My hearing is not that bad that I require a real set of hearing aids. With my moderate loss I have trouble hearing things if there is background noise. These help isolate the sounds I want to hear. It was hard to get the right ear pieces for my ears. Some were way too large and others not enough. The lesser ones gave a ton of howling and feedback. I think I finally figured out the right ones and they seem to work. Still playing around with the volume but I’m getting better. Not sure about the noise canceling but it might be helping.
