I’m just beginning to experiment with gel plate printing and the size and price of this one are perfect for my needs. Others are either too big and expensive or too small. This size will be just right for making cards and also hopefully to make painted backgrounds for my linocut prints which I began doing at the start of the second lockdown as a new hobby. The thickness and quality of this plate are excellent and good value for money. The case is sturdy for opening and closing easily for storage of the gel plate and can be hung up to store it vertically, as recommended in the excellent instructions leaflet included.

This works great with a5 paper and I've had fun playing. Cleans easily, but don't draw on it with wayerproff pencil as won't lift off. Still trying to figure out how to transfer images from gel plate.

Great piece of kit, quick and easy to use

I love Gelli plates!I'm having a lot of fun experimenting with printing, and there's so much to do with these plates.I bought this second one so I can have two on the go at the same time.At the moment I'm using them to print from leaves, and after initial hiccups I'm really pleased with the results.A hopefully helpful tip - they clean best with washing up liquid or hand wash, rub it in your hands with warm water. It's very slippery! I then dry on kitchen roll.Thanks for reading, I hope you find this review helpful.

-worth the money since it’s reusable!-really fun and super easy to use-easy to wash with just a wet cloth or wipes
