Good Grips Chopper White

Absolutely fantastic so easy to use, clean and store, can chop onions really tiny or keep in larger pieces by pressing the handle down lots of times (for finer chopping) or l as for bigger chunks. It’s sharp and cuts well, it’s sturdy and if it’s looked after and used properly it is a fantastic fast chopping tool which speeds up prep time.

I bought this as standing up is immensely painful for me, especially standing and leaning forward. This device does in a few seconds - with surprisingly easy physical action - what it was formerly taking me hours to do as I couldn't stand and chop things in the kitchen very well. This thing lets me dice things faster and more consistently, I can achieve all of the necessary chopping in one or two sessions instead of a dozen or so. The ease of cleaning is immensely important too, it comes apart remarkably easily and cleanly - it's a genuinely superb piece of industrial design. Materials quality is also very good, if you ever dice things this is pretty much a must-have. I can dice straight on a chopping board and pour into the InstantPot from there, brilliant.

Good product but not as good as the American chopper I first purchased. The blades do the job but not as good as the previous one. Easy to clean.

Great little manual chopper. It does need a little pressure for anything hard like carrots 🥕. It chops haphazardly and not uniformly - various shapes and sizes but that’s ok for me (onions being one of them) The dexterity in both my hands is rubbish, unless I’m opening chocolate bars, so I can recommend this item for anyone with painful hands - just remember though sometimes pressure is required unless you chop vegetables very small. I can’t do that. This item comes apart for cleaning and the blades are extremely sharp, so don’t go testing them on your fingers!!! There’s a safety lock when storing the chopper and it takes little storage room. Like everything else that is sharp just respect the item or get plenty rolls of Elastoplast in your first aid box.

Excellent for no cry onion cutting a breeze to use no wet eyes . You decide how big the onion pieces are , when the right size just tip into the pan ....easy to keep clean plus it has many uses garlic,chilles, tomatoes, as I mentioned earlier it has a myriad of uses ...

We had one of these growing up and I decided to buy one for myself and don't regret it. This a great chopping tool to have around the kitchen. It is very quick and easy to clean as long as you don't let it stand around too long and what you chopped with it manages to dry in but I find giving it a soak gets everything off so no need to panic. I personally don't put this in the dishwasher as it is well known dishwasher detergent dulls blades.

Bought this in March, used it a handful of times and last night whilst chopping garlic, it broke. Until that point I thought it was good quality but it’s clearly not fit for purpose. It’s too late to return it so I’m stuck with a broken food chopper. I thought that a brand name such as Oxo would be more reliable.

I bought this thinking it would be better than my food chopper that had split recently. I had the one where the plastic container attached collects all the chopped food and you have different cutting sizes for different food. Bought this thinking this can be used straight onto a chopping board so nothing will break/split. You can use it like that or put the little plastic bottom bit on and it will hold all the food chopped. Not really a fan of this as you have to press down quickly and forcefully for the blades to chop through the food. Anything with a ‘skin’ on, such as peppers, tomatoes it basically just mushes up, doesn’t chop nicely into pieces unfortunately. Cucumber, onion etc. cuts okay but again nowhere near as well as my previous vegetable/salad cutter. Picture is my OXO cutter/chopper and my other chopper/cutter for reference so you know what I’m referring to. If it worked liked it should it would be great and I wouldn’t mind the price which I think was about £22.00 but really it’s expensive for something that really doesn’t do the job it’s supposed to do.

Es muy fácil de usar y de limpiar. Poca todo tipo de verdura y el tamaño está perfecto.

片手で押すだけでみじん切りが簡単にできるので、料理の下ごしらえが格段に楽になりました。分解して洗えるのでお手入れも簡単。特に玉ねぎやハーブを刻むときに涙が出ずに済むのがありがたいです。刃も丈夫でしっかり刻めるので、仕上がりも均一。サイズも手頃でキッチンに置きやすく、使い勝手抜群。毎日の料理が少し楽しくなるアイテムです

Super afiado, porém funciona “bem” com cebola, alho, pimentão, não sendo muito adequado para um tomate maduro por exemplo. Mas valeu a pena, compraria novamente.
