Q: Does it have any smell that doesn’t go away with washing? Thank you.

Not that I am aware of. My have washed up beautifully. I use Tide pods. I only use these when we travel.

Q: Do you sell pillowcases wider than 20 inches? King pillows have no room to spread out and are crushed inside the 20-inch width cases.

I just received a King size sheet set and the pillow case are HUMONGOUS!!!!! about 40 inches long and about 20 inches wide. When I put these on my king pillows, I can actually, with EASE turn the whole pillow around inside. I am going to see if they have standard King Size cases cause I can't live with this monstrous size.

Q: I don’t see anything in the product description about the the product being hypoallergenic. Is this truly hypoallergenic and how effective is it?

I don't know if they are hypoallergenic but they are very soft and comfortably cool

Q: How deep of a pocket does the fitted mattress fit?

These are designed to fit mattresses up to 16" deep!
